I just purchased a Sample Pack. How can I download it?
Sample Packs are digital download orders exclusively. The respective download link will be sent via email. Please make sure to check your emails. Additionally please check your spam folder.
I did not receive a download link. How can I receive the Sample Pack now?
Please get in touch with us (sales (@) julezjadon.com) providing your order number and/or email address you placed your order under.

What kind of payments do you accept?
Accepted are all major debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). All transactions are made via Stripe & Paypal.
My payment did not go through. What now?
Our system does not fulfil orders if the payment did not go through. Please contact your bank if there any limitations on your behalf.

How do I place an Order?
Go to > Store > All products and add your product of choice to the shopping cart. Click on > Checkout, add your Name, Adress and Email address and continue to > Payment. Your download link will be sent via email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is not mandatory to place an order. You can also checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account during checkout as you have access to already created orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
The download links for your order will be sent immediately to your email address.
How Can I Return a Product?
Non-returnable items include digital downloads – such as sample packs, libraries, plug-in’s and downloadable software products as well as gift cards – are exempt from being returned.

Not at all! All you gonna need is a laptop / computer and your favorite DAW. This course was created with highlighting the approach, mindset and techniques behind making music. We don’t focus on equipment or tools at all! All you gonna need is YOU!
What DAW and plug-in’s do I need?
I use Logic Pro X. BUT the principles cover any and all DAWs whether it be Ableton Live, Cubase or FL Studio! You can follow along in any DAW you choose. The lessons apply across the board and apply to any DAW.
