Session Files: Lago Di Garda

We are happy to present you the all new Session Files: Lago Di Garda. We teamed up with fellow music producer and Multi-instrumentalist Leon Tiepold and rented a beautiful house at the Garda Lake in Italy to focus on new ideas for this Sample Pack.

The concept was to use all of our crafts to create an innovative and natural sounding sample pack which could be used in any kind of studio session to create an instant vibe. The pack is a collection of Melodies / Song starters and custom made drums and percussions which we all created on this trip. We used plenty of field recordings so that each sample seems like a snapshot of the location.

Session Files: Lago Di Garda represents the vibe of our stay in Bardolino, Italy. It combines aspiring melodies and song ideas with hard knocking drums and percussions made of field recordings from our location in Italy.

Production Process

In August of 2020 we decided to start a small mission to Italy together with fellow music producer Leon Tiepold. Since flights are currently rather difficult to implement due to the corona pandemic, we decided to travel by car. Our plan was to spend a week in a beautiful house close to the Garda Lake to work on this project.

We completed numerous sessions and recorded guitars, vocals and numerous ambient noises that caught our eyes and ears. Creating a vibe was the driving force behind this sample pack and you can hear that in the end result. All samples are like small snapshots and imply the vibe in which they were created in.

Back home we finalised the Sample Pack in our studio to make sure to get the best out of each idea. This Sample Pack is another MUST-HAVE for session- and bedroom producers.
